How to be healthy
Here are a few ideas from a person, presently in my 94th year, who hopes to live until he is 100 and do so blissfully and healthy as far as possible. These ideas surely won't work for everybody, except maybe they could assist you with living longer, who can say for sure? I never expected to live beyond 70 and was very amazed when I arrived at 75, then, at that point, 80.
